公司年生产能力可达68000套螺杆机筒，最大能生产φ300-8000mm螺杆及相应的机筒，同时可生产双螺杆挤出机螺杆、机筒系列，注塑机配套的拉杆，销轴和调模丝母、螺母等。

Established in 1984, Shaoxing Plastic Machinery Co.,
Ltd. is a large company specialized in manufacturing screw
rod and machine barrel in domestic. The company is located
in the native place of Lu Xun -- Zhejiang Shaoxing Paojiang
Industrial Garden, approaching 104 National highway in
the south, reaching 329 Compound Line and Hangzhou-Ningbo
Expressway in the north, bordering Hangzhou International
Airport in the west and being close to Ningbo Airport
and Ningbo Harbor in the east, enjoying a convenient transportation
The company has the advanced assembly lines which are
specialized in manufacturing crew rod and machine barrel.
Furthermore, it invited senior engineers and experts as
technical advisors. In 1990, the enterprise cooperated
with foreign company, introduced advanced technology and
produced high quality screw rod and machine barrel. Its
YPT thermosetting screw rod and machine barrel has been
granted the title of the State-level New Product in 1994
and its injection molding machine, modified screw rod
and machine barrel were awarded as State-level New Product
in 2003. The products are sold well in domestic and Southeast
Asia.
The annual production capacity of the company reaches
68,000 sets of screw rods and machine barrels, including
the screw rods with φ300-8000mm and its corresponding
machine barrels, moreover, it can also produce screw rod
of double screw extruder, machine barrel series, tension
rod and pin roll of injection molding machine, adjusting
mould nut and screw nut, etc.
